Issuance of electronic diplomas to graduates at the higher education level has begun.
This was reported to “Elchi” by the State Agency for Science and Higher Education.
It was stated that, in accordance with Article 27 of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On Education”, as well as the “Rules for the descriptions and issuance of state documents on education at the bachelor’s, basic (base higher) medical education, master’s, and residency levels of higher education” approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan, persons who complete any level or stage of education (excluding doctoral studies) at an educational institution are provided with the relevant state document on education created in the form of an electronic document in the “Education Centralized Information System” (TMIS).
In accordance with the requirements of the rules, the issuance of electronic diplomas to graduates of Baku State University has already begun.
Electronic diplomas will be available to graduates in the coming days on the “mygov” digital government platform and the official website of the Ministry of Science and Education, edu.gov.az.
Currently, the process of issuing electronic diplomas is continuing in other higher education institutions as well.
