Starting from September 16 at 11:00, the process of school and teacher selection for vacant places will begin for children who missed the first-grade admission to general education institutions for the 2026–2027 academic year due to valid reasons.
This was reported to “Elchi” by the State Agency for Preschool and General Education.
It was stated that the process will continue until September 30 at 15:00. Parents who have submitted an application for their children on the mektebeqebul.edu.az portal by the specified date can approach the school with the relevant documents to finalize the admission process for their children to the general education institution.
It is noted that the electronic admission process only covers children who delayed their first-grade registration due to valid reasons and submitted an application in the electronic system within the established period. To date, more than 124,000 children have been admitted to the first grade for the 2026–2027 academic year.
