Belarus plans to start the construction of an agro-town in Karabakh together with Azerbaijan in 2027.
elchi reports that this was stated to Report by the Ambassador of Belarus to Azerbaijan, Dmitri Pinevich, who visited the Karabakh region as part of a delegation of the foreign diplomatic corps.
According to him, the design of the agro-town, which will also include a number of agro-industrial complexes, is currently underway.
“We will complete the design of the agro-town, along with some agro-industrial complexes, in 2027. And if everything goes well, we plan to start joint construction there in 2027,” the diplomat noted.
Dmitri Pinevich also said that in 2027, joint production of elevators is planned in Aghdam with the participation of the Belarusian company “Vertus”:
“In 2027, in Aghdam, we also plan the joint production of Azerbaijani-made elevators with the participation of the Belarusian side – the “Vertusgülnar” company.”
