It is planned to create flexible working hour models in Azerbaijan based on international experience.
“Elchi” reports citing “Report” that this issue is reflected in the “Action Plan for 2026-2030 for the implementation of the Employment Strategy” approved by the Decree of President Ilham Aliyev.
In accordance with the plan, draft normative legal acts regarding the application of flexible working models must be prepared and submitted to the relevant authorities within the specified period.
The implementation of the program has been assigned to the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population.
