The body of an 11-year-old boy who drowned in a river in Kalbajar has been found.
elchi reports that the body of Yaqub Zabil oglu Abutalibov, born in 2015, who drowned in the section of the Levchay River passing through Chapli village of Kalbajar district and whose search was ongoing, has been found by the divers-rescuers of the Ministry of Emergency Situations (MES) and handed over to the relevant authorities.
An investigation into the incident is being conducted by the Kalbajar District Prosecutor’s Office.
