Amendments have been made to the “Charter of the Shusha City State Reserve Department”.
elchi reports that President Ilham Aliyev has signed a Decree in this regard.
According to the Decree, the duties of the Department have been expanded.
Taking into account the requirements of the Law “On Road Transport”, the list now includes providing opinions on the placement of road transport infrastructure facilities in the relevant area, excluding bus stops, or their reconstruction by changing their purpose to another road transport infrastructure facility, as well as ensuring the determination of locations for bus stops for road transport performing regular passenger transportation in the relevant area, and their installation, management, and maintenance.
