elchi reports that this was noted in a joint statement by the foreign ministers of the three countries released by the German Foreign Ministry.
The ministers condemned Iran’s attacks on ships in the Strait of Hormuz and in regional countries, including Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, and Jordan. The statement says: “Respect for sovereignty over territorial waters and freedom of navigation are fundamental principles of international law. We emphasize our continued support for the rapid and comprehensive restoration of international navigation through the Strait of Hormuz and express our full solidarity with our Gulf and regional partners.”
The foreign ministers of the three countries called for the restoration of the ceasefire and negotiations.
