During the past period of 2026, 89 children have been adopted by the Social Services Agency under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population.
According to the information provided to elchi by the Ministry, 45 of them are girls and 44 are boys.
It is noted that in order to study the situation of children in the families where they were adopted, monitoring is carried out until they reach the age of 18, once every quarter in the first year of adoption, and once a year in subsequent years. Persons who adopt children deprived of parental care are provided with monthly social benefits (240 manats for each child aged 3-18, 600 manats for each child with a disability). They also have a number of benefits in the fields of social security, labor, and tax relations.
