Information regarding operations carried out by agencies involved in mine clearance activities in the liberated territories for the month of August has been released.
According to the information provided to “Elchi” by the Mine Action Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan, 514 anti-personnel mines, 121 anti-tank mines, and 2724 Unexploded Ordnance (UXO) were discovered in the liberated territories.
It was reported that 7568.9 hectares of land have been cleared of mines and UXO.
