“North West Construction” Limited Liability Company has been declared the winner of the investment competition announced for the sale of state-owned shares of “Garadagh Glass Factory” OJSC.
“Elchi” reports, citing the State Service for Property Issues, that the competition concluded on May 19 of this year.
Within the framework of the Investment Program, the winner of the competition must fulfill obligations such as the major repair and reconstruction of the glass melting furnace and glass production equipment, as well as workshops, the purchase and installation of new production lines and glass forming equipment, and the improvement of infrastructure for electricity, gas supply, water, and sewage systems.
As a result of the investment by “North West Construction” LLC, it is planned to create 200 new jobs at the enterprise.
