In January-June 2026, 2,242 mortgage loans totaling 226.3 million manats were issued by authorized banks at the expense of the Mortgage and Credit Guarantee Fund.
According to the information provided by the Fund to elchi, in addition to this, 1,418 ordinary mortgage loans worth 156.1 million manats and 824 concessional mortgage loans worth 70.2 million manats were issued.
In total, since 2006, the amount of mortgage loans issued at the expense of the Fund has reached 3.98 billion manats, which has allowed more than 59,000 families to improve their housing conditions.
In order to ensure that the population with insufficient personal savings can benefit from mortgage loans with a lower down payment, as of July 1, the Fund has provided guarantees for 1,571 mortgage loans in the amount of 149.9 million manats.
It should be noted that 67 percent of those who benefited from mortgage loans issued at the expense of the Fund were young people and young families, and nearly 22 percent of the loans fell to the regions.
