According to the document, officials shall be fined in the amount of three thousand manats for concluding an employment contract or continuing employment relations with a person who is a drug addict based on a medical examination (medical check-up) report, for types of professions and positions where activity restrictions for drug addicts are provided by the body (institution) determined by the relevant executive authority.
