In order to ensure accessibility to public catering facilities, recreation areas, and parking points located in areas where vehicle traffic is restricted in the capital, free shuttles have been put into operation.
This was reported to “Elchi” by the Azerbaijan Land Transport Agency (AYNA).
It was stated that one of the new shuttles – minibus number C1 connects Khagani Garden with the end of Zarifa Aliyeva Street, and minibus number C2 connects Sabir Garden with the end of Aziz Aliyev Street.
Shuttles operate with a 7-10 minute interval to ensure comfortable and prompt movement of passengers.
It should be noted that the shuttles put into use are environmentally friendly vehicles and serve to promote sustainable mobility principles in the city.
This innovation creates additional opportunities for the comfortable movement of visitors, in addition to ensuring a pedestrian-oriented and accessible urban environment in the center.
It should be noted that at this stage, the shuttles will operate only on weekends and holidays from 12:00 to 00:00.
