On July 1, Leyla Aliyeva, Vice-President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation and founder and head of the IDEA Public Union, visited the family of Suleyman Suleymanov, a participant of the “Young Beekeeper” project, as part of her visit to Yevlakh.
“Elchi” reports that Leyla Aliyeva had a sincere conversation with the young beekeeper’s family members, took a close interest in their living conditions, their activities in the field of beekeeping, the initial results they achieved, and their future plans. She also participated in the process of making cheese on the farm and presented gifts to the family.
During the meeting, information was provided about the beekeeping farm created within the framework of the “Young Beekeeper” project, the maintenance of bee colonies, honey production, and future development opportunities for the farm. The family expressed their gratitude to Leyla Aliyeva for the attention and support shown and presented her with beekeeping products.
It should be reminded that the project participant Suleyman Suleymanov participated in the 44-day Patriotic War and anti-terror measures. He was awarded the “For the Liberation of Sugovushan”, “Brave Warrior”, and “Participant of the Patriotic War” medals.
It should be noted that the “Young Beekeeper” project, which has been implemented since 2021 with the initiative of the IDEA Public Union and the partnership of the Youth Foundation of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the State Employment Agency, and the “ABAD” public legal entity, aims to contribute to the protection of biodiversity, promote the development of beekeeping as an eco-entrepreneurship direction, support natural honey production, and help improve the financial well-being of young families.
