In 2025, the specific weight of socially-oriented expenditures in the composition of state budget expenditures increased by 601.5 million manats or 4.1% compared to 2024, amounting to 15 billion 254.2 million manats (39.5%).

Last year, 9 billion 90 million manats were spent on remuneration, and 4 billion 746.3 million manats were spent on social payments.
Out of the amount allocated for socially-oriented expenditures, 414.7 million manats were directed to the purchase and provision of food products, 141 million manats to the purchase of medicines, dressing supplies and materials, 775.9 million manats to the mandatory health insurance of the population and the implementation of state programs and measures in the field of healthcare, and 86.3 million manats to other social measures.
