The meeting of the Foreign Ministers of Georgia, Turkey, and Azerbaijan in Istanbul will focus on strengthening relations at the regional and global levels, as well as cooperation in trade, economic sectors, and energy security.
“Elchi” reports that this was stated by the Georgian Ambassador to Turkey, Archil Kalandia.
He noted that a joint declaration will be signed between the Foreign Ministers after the meeting.
According to the Ambassador, Georgian Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Maka Boçorişvili will hold bilateral meetings with her Turkish and Azerbaijani counterparts.
“During the meeting, the issue of further strengthening peace and stability in the South Caucasus region will also be among the topics of discussion,” Kalandia added.
