Within the framework of the Great Return program, 10,623 economically active residents who returned to their native lands have already been provided with employment during the past period.

It was stated that 7,915 of them were provided with suitable jobs for vacancies in close cooperation with employers. 1,828 people are self-employed in various fields of activity.
Also, 880 people were involved in the self-employment program by the ministry and established small family farms by being provided with goods and materials.
The employment of former internally displaced persons relocated to the liberated territories is also being carried out within the framework of the “Financing of employees’ salaries together with the employer” program, which is one of the important employment programs of the Ministry. 39 job fairs have also been organized in the mentioned territories during the past period. In these active employment measures, residents are presented with existing vacancies in the area, and they are provided with jobs according to their labor skills.
Training courses are also organized for residents relocated to their native lands to acquire professions that meet the requirements of the labor market. During the past period, 506 residents were involved in these courses. Employment is also provided for those who complete the courses in the professions they have newly learned.
As social support for specialists who settle and work in the liberated territories, they are given a one-time allowance (600 manats), 5 days of additional leave every year, and additions are made to their monthly official salaries.
