President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev attended the opening of the new administrative building of the Central Bank.
“Elchi” reports that the Chairman of the Central Bank, Taleh Kazimov, informed the head of state about the conditions created in the building.
The new building is located on Heydar Aliyev Avenue in the capital. Built in accordance with modern urban planning principles, the building possesses high functionality and advanced technological indicators.
President Ilham Aliyev viewed the exhibition, where the conceptual approach, design features, and technological development line of national banknotes are displayed using modern presentation methods.
It was stated that the exhibition reflects the history, development stages, design, and security elements of national banknotes.
The building consists of 35 floors, with a total workspace for 1,300 people, conference and press halls, and various training and meeting rooms.
During the design of the new building, special attention was paid to the principles of accessibility and inclusivity, and infrastructure has been created that allows for comfortable and safe entry, as well as free movement, for persons with physical disabilities.
There are 25 rooms designated for official meetings and gatherings in the building. All rooms are equipped with the necessary equipment.
Modern technology and information systems have also been installed in the building, which meets high standards of quality, safety, and sustainable development.
Additionally, a recreation area has been created here for the efficient organization of employees’ leisure time, and a canteen for 340 people will also be at their disposal.
There is every facility in the 240-seat conference hall, where various events and presentations will be held.
The multimedia facade system, which ensures the visual recognition of the building during night hours, allows for the application of various light scenarios and projections. The lighting of the area and the building, including the facade, is equipped with motion-sensor LED technology. This, in turn, allows for saving electricity during daylight hours.
