Galatasaray wants to strengthen its squad with Turkish national team member Can Uzun.
“Elchi” reports, citing “Milliyet”, that the Istanbul representative has included the 20-year-old footballer, who currently plays for the German club Eintracht, in their transfer list.
The “Yellow-Reds” are looking for a player for the “number 10” position ahead of the new season. It is reported that negotiations have already begun for Can Uzun, who ranks high on head coach Okan Buruk’s list.
Galatasaray is ready to pay 30 million euros for the young footballer. Although Eintracht initially demanded 60 million euros, they have reduced this amount to 50 million euros after negotiations.
It is noted that the Istanbul club plans to include a certain percentage from a future sale in their offer to finalize the transfer.
It should be noted that Can Uzun moved to Eintracht in the 2024/2025 season. He previously played for Nuremberg, Ingolstadt, and Regensburg clubs.
The Turkish national team member appeared in 28 matches last season, recording 10 goals and 6 assists.
