President Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree on making amendments to the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan No. 706 dated September 5, 2012, “On ensuring the activities of the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan”.

The following amendments shall be made to the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan No. 706 dated September 5, 2012, “On ensuring the activities of the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan” (Collection of Legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan, 2012, No. 9, Article 858 (Volume I); 2024, No. 5 (Book I), Articles 515, 529, No. 7, Article 797; 2025, No. 8, Article 771, No. 11, Article 1025):
1. At the end of sub-item 5.24.4, the period shall be replaced by a semicolon, and item 5.25 shall be added with the following content:
“5.25. issuance of a certificate regarding a person’s registration in state narcological medical institutions.”.
2. In the first paragraph of part 6, the words “to the Ministry of Health,” shall be added after the words “to the Ministry of Emergency Situations,”.
