In May 2026, the Analytical Expertise Center of the Ministry of Health conducted inspections in a total of 56 pharmacies.
This was reported to “Elchi” by the AEC.
It was stated that one of the inspections was carried out in Baku, and 55 were carried out in pharmacies located in other cities and regions of the country. Of the inspections conducted, 55 were planned and one was unplanned.
According to the results, various shortcomings were discovered in 18 pharmacies.
Regarding the detected violations, relevant administrative protocols were drawn up under Articles 452.1 and 452.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
