The registration process for special aptitude-required specialties (XQTİ) of higher education institutions (Group V) and secondary specialized education institutions based on full (11-year) secondary education for the 2026/2027 academic year will end today at 23:59.

It was stated that applicants can register for a maximum of 4 commissions in only 1 direction of special aptitude-required specialties of higher and secondary specialized education institutions.
It should be noted that the aptitude tests are scheduled to be held between June and August. Information about the dates when applicants (sub-bachelors) can print the “Aptitude Test Admission Slip” will be provided on the SEC website. The “Aptitude Test Admission Slip” will indicate the date, address, and time of the aptitude tests.
Applicants who take the entrance (graduation) exam in a language other than Azerbaijani can register even if the result of their first attempt at the Azerbaijani language (state language) exam is “unsatisfactory”. However, we would like to bring to the attention of these applicants that they will be admitted to the competition only if they receive a “satisfactory” grade in the second attempt of the Azerbaijani language (state language) exam to be held on June 21.
