“Shusha Park” will be established in the city of Veliko Tarnovo, Bulgaria.
“Elchi” reports that the President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, has signed a Decree on the approval of the “Agreement on cooperation regarding the establishment and reconstruction of the ‘Shusha Park’ in the city of Veliko Tarnovo, Republic of Bulgaria, between the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Government of the Republic of Bulgaria and the Municipality of Veliko Tarnovo on the other side,” signed in Sofia on February 11, 2026.
According to the Decree, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan must notify the Government of Bulgaria that the necessary internal state procedures for the entry into force of the Agreement have been completed.
