The Cabinet of Ministers has amended the “Regulation on the ‘Permit System’ regulating international road transport in the territory of the Republic of Azerbaijan”, approved by the decision dated January 10, 1997.
“Elchi” reports that Prime Minister Ali Asadov has signed a new decision in this regard.
According to the decision, the exchange of “Permit” forms with countries that conduct electronic exchange via the “AYNA” information system of the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport is carried out only electronically, while the exchange with other countries is carried out on paper media.
The acquisition and issuance of multilateral “Permits” of the International Transport Forum are carried out only in electronic form.
