In January-September of this year, Azerbaijan exported 272,501.37 tons of crude oil to Switzerland.
elchi reports, citing the State Customs Committee, that the value of this amount of product amounted to 193 million 596.32 thousand US dollars.
The volume of exported products is 3 times more, and its value is 3.6 times more compared to the 9 months of 2025.
The share of crude oil exported to Switzerland in Azerbaijan’s total oil exports was 1.72%.
It should be noted that in January-September of this year, according to customs declarations, Azerbaijan exported 15,829,589.9 tons of crude oil and petroleum products derived from bituminous rocks, with a value of 10 billion 103 million 482.51 thousand US dollars.
During the reporting period, Azerbaijan conducted trade operations worth 37 billion 211 million US dollars with foreign countries. Exports accounted for 23 billion 865 million US dollars of foreign trade turnover, and imports accounted for 13 billion 346 million US dollars.
