According to the amendment, the requirements for the quality of telecommunication services in the law are being updated. Specifically, the word “standards” in the relevant article is replaced with the words “quality indicators”.
According to another amendment, telecommunication services must be provided in accordance with the quality indicators determined by the body (organization) determined by the relevant executive authority.
The draft law was put to a vote and adopted in the first reading.
