elchi reports that the Director of the Forecasting Bureau of the National Hydrometeorology Service, Gülşad Məmmədova, stated this in her statement to Oxu.Az.
“It is predicted that the current windy weather conditions in Baku and the Absheron peninsula will continue until the daytime hours of October 20th. The maximum temperature is expected to be 20-23 degrees Celsius,” said G. Məmmədova.
