An incident occurred at one of the schools in the Garadagh district of the capital after a 9th-grade student who used cosmetic products was not allowed to attend class.
elchi reports that the student’s father, Chingiz Balabayov, clashed with the principal, disrupting the school’s work routine and using inappropriate language towards the teachers.
He was detained and arrested by the police.
