The deadline for obtaining permission for the construction of solar power plants on the designated land plot within the administrative territory of Jabrayil district has been extended.
elchi reports that Prime Minister Ali Asadov has signed a decree in this regard.
According to the decree, the deadline for obtaining permission for the construction of solar power plants on the land plot designated by the Decree No. 466 of the Cabinet of Ministers dated October 29, 2024, “On determining a land plot belonging to state ownership as an area for renewable energy sources in the administrative territory of Jabrayil district” has been extended by 1 year.
The State Committee for Urban Planning and Architecture must inform the Cabinet of Ministers about this within 3 days from the date permission for construction is granted, or from the expiration of the deadline if permission is not granted within the specified period.
