According to information provided to elchi from the Press Center of the State Border Service, as a result of operational-troop measures carried out in the service area of the “Zaqatala” border detachment of the Border Troops, 1 citizen of Palestine was detained while attempting to cross the state border from Georgia to the Republic of Azerbaijan, and in the service area of the “Shamkir” border detachment, 3 citizens of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan and 2 citizens of the People’s Democratic Republic of Algeria were detained while attempting to cross the state border from the Republic of Azerbaijan to Georgia.
