On September 17, President Ilham Aliyev spoke about cases of violation of international law while receiving the heads of security agencies of the OTS member states.
“Elchi” reports that the head of our state said in this regard: “Azerbaijan has faced this for 30 years. We had to restore our rights on the battlefield. However, if international mechanisms had worked and the UN system had functioned normally – by the way, I also spoke about this during my short speech within the SCO, because the topic was related to the UN and international organizations – we would not have been forced to regain our territories by force, and there would not have been so many losses.”
