A flexible work schedule will be applied in state bodies located in Baku and surrounding areas, in legal entities owned by the state or where the controlling stake (shares) belongs to the state, and in public legal entities created on behalf of the state.
elchi reports that the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population has released information regarding this.
It is noted that this schedule is being organized for a trial period of 2 months, starting from September 15.
“Working hours in the mentioned institutions will be organized in 3 different modes (08:00-17:00, 09:00-18:00, and 09:30-18:30), with the condition that no less than 30 percent of employees are assigned to each mode. During this period, traffic congestion will be assessed by the relevant state bodies, and final proposals regarding the work schedule will be prepared based on the analysis of the trial results,” the statement emphasized.
