elchi reports that this was stated by Eşqi Bağırov, Director of the State Agency for Preschool and General Education, during his speech at the September conference of education workers.
He noted that in the last academic year, the number of educational institutions operating in Karabakh and East Zangezur within the framework of the Great Return reached 37: “It is planned to increase the number of educational institutions operating in these areas to 52 from the new academic year.
New educational institutions will also be put into use by students in other parts of the country. It is planned that 43 new general education institutions will start operating from the new academic year.”
Eşqi Bağırov noted that repair work has been carried out in 1,000 educational institutions in recent months. This means improving the educational environment for approximately 550,000 students.
