“Elchi” reports that this was stated by Eşqi Bağırov, Director of the State Agency for Preschool and General Education, during his speech at the September conference of education workers.
He noted that these individuals are qualified personnel who have successfully passed both test exams and the interview stage: “The second step taken in this direction was the diagnostic assessment of the knowledge and skills of the educator-pedagogical staff working in existing preschool educational institutions. In previous years, nearly 12,000 educators participated in this process.”
Eşqi Bağırov added that the next step in the development and stimulation of the labor of educator personnel will be their involvement in the certification process: “This process will also be organized in October-November.”
