The Cabinet of Ministers has issued a decision “On determining the state need that necessitates the acquisition of land and the body acquiring that land.”
According to the news from elchi, based on the decision, the State Water Resources Agency of Azerbaijan has been designated as the acquiring body for the acquisition of land plots for state needs in the Agstafa, Goygol, Aghdam, and Fuzuli districts (excluding territories liberated from occupation) in connection with projects for the reconstruction of water supply and sewage systems, meeting irrigation water demand, as well as the construction of buildings and hydrotechnical facilities.
The State Water Resources Agency of Azerbaijan must carry out preparatory measures regarding the acquisition of land plots for state needs in the designated districts and submit its proposals to the Cabinet of Ministers.
