Commander of the Naval Forces of the Iranian Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) Sardar Azmayi announced that a US unmanned reconnaissance vessel was shot down in the Strait of Hormuz.
“Elchi” reports this citing IRIB.
According to him, a “Saildrone” unmanned reconnaissance vessel belonging to the US military was targeted in the Strait of Hormuz.
The IRGC commander stated that the Strait of Hormuz has been closed and is under the intelligence surveillance and “smart control” of Iranian forces.
“Any hostile action will be targeted,” Azmayi emphasized.
