A driver engaged in reckless driving in the capital has been arrested.
This was reported to elchi by the Baku City State Traffic Police Department.
It was stated that Farhad Mammadov, the driver of a “Nissan” vehicle with the state registration plate 10-TJ-667, was detained by officers of the Baku City State Traffic Police Department for continuously violating traffic rules and creating a real danger to the health of other road users.
An administrative protocol was drawn up against the driver in accordance with the relevant article of the Code of Administrative Offenses and sent to the relevant court for consideration. By the court’s decision, F. Mammadov’s driving license was restricted for a period of 1 year, and he was sentenced to 25 days of administrative detention.
