Changes have been made to the “Rules and Conditions for the provision of free psychological assistance”.
“Elchi” reports that Prime Minister Ali Asadov has signed a decree in this regard.
According to the amendment, in accordance with the Law “On Mine Clearance Activities”, victims are provided with psychological assistance at the expense of the state budget in territorial state medical institutions or in specialized state medical institutions upon referral from those institutions.
