AZAL resumes regular flights to Jeddah

Azerbaijan Airlines (AZAL) is resuming regular flights to Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, starting from September 15, 2026.

According to information provided by AZAL to elchi, flights on the Baku-Jeddah-Baku route will be operated four times a week—on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays. The new flight schedule will provide passengers with additional opportunities to conveniently plan their travels for tourism, business trips, and other purposes.

Jeddah, one of Saudi Arabia’s main economic, tourism, and transport hubs, is located on the coast of the Red Sea. In addition to being an important business and tourism center of the country, the city is also one of the main air transport hubs for passengers traveling to Mecca and Medina.

The resumption of direct flights to Jeddah will not only expand travel opportunities between Azerbaijan and Saudi Arabia but will also allow passengers to benefit from more convenient air connections between the two countries.

Tickets can be purchased through the official website or mobile application of Azerbaijan Airlines, as well as through the airline’s sales offices and accredited agencies.
