The Mugan Regional Center of the Ministry of Emergency Situations held a seminar-consultation at the Sabirabad District Executive Authority on the topic “Interaction between the Ministry’s local bodies and the district executive authority, self-governing bodies, departments, and organizations in the field of eliminating the consequences of emergency situations, upcoming tasks, and solutions.”

It was noted that the seminar-consultation was attended by representatives of the MES Mugan Regional Center and other ministry bodies operating in the region, responsible officials of the Sabirabad District Executive Authority, members of the district Emergency Situations Commission, representatives of administrative territorial districts, municipalities, and relevant departments and organizations.
Opening the event with introductory remarks, Hasan Hasanov, First Deputy Head of the Sabirabad District Executive Authority, spoke about the importance of the discussed topic and emphasized that a comprehensive analysis of the coordinated interaction plans between the MES Mugan Regional Center and the departments and enterprises operating in the district has been conducted.
Subsequently, Colonel-Lieutenant Orkhan Bagirov, Deputy Head of the Mugan Regional Center, spoke in detail about the current state of interaction between local executive and self-governing bodies, service sectors, and MES bodies operating in the region during the prevention and elimination of the consequences of emergency situations, as well as the implementation of rescue and other urgent measures, the work done, problems, and their solutions.
During the seminar-consultation, photo slides depicting the results of monitoring conducted by the Center’s employees in the district at various times were demonstrated.
At the event, participants’ proposals on the topic were heard, and questions were answered.
