The results of the competition for vacant plan places in the master’s programs of higher education institutions have been announced.

The results of the competition for vacant plan places in the master’s programs of higher education institutions of the Republic of Azerbaijan have been posted on the SEC website.
Bachelors can also find out information about the competition results by sending their “work number” to 7727 via mobile operators (Azercell, Bakcell, Nar).
1,457 bachelors applied to participate in the competition for vacant master’s degree plan places. As a result of the competition, 508 of them (including 82 on the basis of state orders) were admitted to the master’s program.
The list of admitted bachelors and the passing scores formed as a result of the competition will be published in the 7th issue of the “Magistr” journal. The electronic version of the journal (in PDF format) will be available for purchase starting from the second half of the day tomorrow via the “Online sale of electronic versions of SEC publications” service in the “Electronic services” section of the SEC website at abiturient.az.
Registration of admitted students by higher education institutions is carried out exclusively through the my.gov.az portal. For this purpose, the relevant service of the Ministry of Science and Education has been launched on the “mygov” platform. Registration will continue from September 3 at 15:00 until September 18:00 on September 9.
Admitted individuals must first log in to their personal cabinets on the my.gov.az portal using their mygov ID (unified login system) for registration. Then, they must select the Ministry of Science and Education from the “Institutions” category in the “Services” section of the portal and proceed to the “Registration of students for higher and secondary specialized education institutions” service provided there.
Failure to register within the specified period will be considered as the bachelor’s refusal of placement in the relevant specialty, and their admission order will not be sent to the higher education institution.
