Iran wants good relations with neighboring countries and Middle Eastern republics and states that it has no disputes with Egypt.
“Elchi” reports, citing “Tasnim”, that Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi said this at the International Islamic Unity Conference held in Tehran.
“We are in favor of good relations with all Islamic countries, especially neighboring countries. We want to establish broader economic ties with all Islamic countries, and we have extensive relations with all of them,” he said.
According to Araghchi, Iran wants good neighborly relations with neighboring countries: “We are ready for good relations with all groups and factions in Lebanon, and with the Lebanese government; of course, we do not approve of some of this government’s policies, and we hope that the Lebanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs will show more rationality.”
The Iranian Foreign Minister stated that Tehran has good relations with African countries and aims to establish broader ties.
