The fact that our clubs have earned the right to compete in the main stage of the world’s strongest club tournament for the second consecutive time is yet another clear indicator of the progress Azerbaijan has achieved in all fields and our country’s position as a sporting nation.

It should be noted that yesterday, the Azerbaijani champion “Sabah” faced the Israeli club “Hapoel” (Be’er Sheva) in Baku. “Sabah” defeated the Israeli representative and secured its place in the league stage of the Champions League.
