It was stated that the registration of citizens coming to the reception will begin on August 27, 2026, at 09:00 in the building of Kalbajar City Secondary School No. 1.
Only appeals related to the powers of the Ministry of Emergency Situations will be considered at the reception.
Citizens coming to the reception must present an identity document.
