According to the statement, Trump highly appreciated Qatar’s role in supporting diplomatic efforts and facilitating dialogue between the parties to strengthen regional security.
For his part, the Emir of Qatar emphasized the importance of continuing the dialogue and the commitment of the parties to the implementation of the US-Iran memorandum of understanding. He also noted the necessity of supporting international initiatives aimed at reducing tensions.
