This is a formal procedure carried out in accordance with the requirements of the Constitution after the newly elected parliament begins its activities. According to Article 158 of the country’s Constitution, the government resigns on the day of the parliament’s first session.
Until the new government is formed, ministers will continue to perform their duties. The next Prime Minister will be appointed by the president based on the nomination of the ruling faction.
