A young man who used immoral expressions against two women on social media in the Saatli district has been identified.
According to information obtained by elchi, 26-year-old Saatli resident Sanan Khalilov (name is conditional – ed.) used immoral expressions against individuals named Gulnara and Nazrin during a live broadcast on the “TikTok” social network.
A protocol was drawn up against Khalilov under Article 510.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses.
In his statement, he expressed regret for his actions and stated that he would not allow such incidents to happen again.
By the decision of the Saatli District Court, Khalilov was fined 700 manats.
