On July 26, the Ministry of Emergency Situations’ “112” hotline received information that 1 person had drowned in the section of the Karabakh irrigation canal passing through Ashagi Avshar village of Aghjabadi district.
This was reported to “Elchi” by the Press Service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
In connection with the information, diver-rescuers of the State Service for Control over Small Vessels and Water Rescue of the Ministry of Emergency Situations were immediately involved in the search.
Currently, searches are being carried out in the directions where the citizen, Orkhan Feyruz oglu Ibrahimov, born in 1993, is presumed to have drowned.
