Azerbaijani FIFA referee Kamal Umudlu has been appointed to officiate a match in the second qualifying round of the UEFA Conference League.
elchi reports that he will be the head referee for the match between Dinamo City (Albania) and Aluminij (Slovenia).
Kamal Umudlu will be assisted by Namik Huseynov and Vusal Mammadov. The fourth official will be Inqilab Mammadov.
It should be noted that the return leg will take place on July 30 at the Elbasan Arena. The match will kick off at 23:00 Baku time.
