A person who was trapped under a tree that fell due to strong winds has been hospitalized at the Scientific Research Institute of Traumatology and Orthopedics of the Ministry of Health.

It was stated that as a result of the examinations, the patient was diagnosed with an intra-articular fracture of the distal end of the right radius bone.
Necessary medical assistance was provided by the doctors, and the fracture was fixed with a plaster splint.
As the patient’s condition was assessed as satisfactory, they were discharged for outpatient treatment. The patient was given appropriate recommendations regarding home treatment and medical supervision.
“Citizens are advised not to stand near large trees, old buildings, and other structures that may pose a danger during windy weather, and not to stay outdoors for a long time unless necessary,” the statement said.
